WHAT WE DO

05

We rarely take all five. Depending on what already exists, a project can run from strategy through to campaign, or stop at a site, an identity, a publishing calendar.

  1. 01

    Brand strategy

If you cannot sum up what you sell, every poster, every page and every post has to explain it again. That gets expensive. We decide what the brand stands for, who it speaks to first, and why anyone would pick you. Then we put it in writing.

    What you get

    • Market and competitors
    • What you stand for, written
    • Your story
    • Key messages
    • How you speak
  2. 02

    Visual identity

A brand people recognise costs less to make known. We draw the mark, pick the type and the colours, set how things get photographed. Then we write the rules, clearly enough that someone else can follow them without bending everything out of shape.

    What you get

    • Name
    • Logo and its versions
    • Type and colours
    • Photo direction
    • Rules of use
  3. 03

    Site and online presence

This is where you get judged, often before anyone talks to you. We design and code the site, with reusable blocks so your team can add a page without calling us back.

    What you get

    • Site or platform
    • Reusable blocks
    • Page copy
    • Search visibility and stats
    • Handover and training

    Photo, film and content

An identity only shows up in what it publishes. We shoot, we edit, we write. And we hold the calendar that keeps Monday morning from being a blank page.

    What you get

    • Art direction
    • Photo and film shoots
    • Publishing calendar
    • Posts and adaptations
    • Templates to reuse
  5. 05

    Launch campaign

A launch nobody sees is not a launch. We find the idea, adapt it to each surface, and bring in the partners and creators who already talk to your customers. Then we look at what actually worked.

    What you get

    • Campaign idea
    • Adaptations per surface
    • Creator collaborations
    • Events and on the ground
    • Review and adjustments

HOW WE ENGAGE

A few commitments, worth more than a list of refusals: they say how we frame a project, and what you can expect from us once it has started.

  • What we do is decided after the listening session, never before.
  • Few projects at a time, so we stay reachable when things speed up.
  • The same people from the first session to going live.
  • When a need falls outside our ground, we say so and point elsewhere.
  • What we hand over has to work without us.

METHOD

  1. 01

    Intake

One session, no commitment and no quote. You tell us the project as it is, not the presentable version. We ask questions, we take notes. By the end, you know whether we're the right fit, and so do we.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic

We look at the ground: who sells the same thing, at what price, with what arguments, and what your customers already think of you. That is what we build on, not a hunch.

  3. 03

    Formulation

We write down what you stand for, pick a name if you need one, and draw the look that goes with it. We show early, often, and out loud. You see the routes we bin as clearly as the ones we keep.

  4. 04

    Release

We put it online, shoot the images, run the campaign. Then we watch what lands and what does not, and adjust. A launch is not a delivery, it is a start.

Not sure where to start?

That's the most common case. One listening session is usually enough.
